Eligibility

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging, tags, invoice and accessories.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration.
  • Be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged merchandise.
  • Items without their original packaging.
  • Customised or personalised pieces.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products marked “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the piece you want is unavailable, you can choose store credit, an alternative product or a refund. All exchanges are approved after our team inspects the returned item.

Refunds

Eligible returns receive a 100% refund to the original payment method. Refund processing begins once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, and typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the product and packaging, and our support team will arrange a replacement or refund.
